We achieve our success through strong partnerships.

We bring expertise in user involvement, mental health, community integration and non-statutory funding sources. You can bring some of the following:

Funding - because of the high degree of user involvement in our services, all funding is made to work hard, delivering a direct effect for every penny we receive. We need to raise over £100,000 every year.

Employment & Education - opportunities for both paid and voluntary work and all kinds of education and learning.

Access - to community and leisure activities.

Expertise in all business functions - in particular marketing, public relations, human resources, legal, quality management and knowledge management to further enhance our activities at all levels.

Pre-vocational work - CV writing, job profiling, interview skills.

Training - and re-training of all kinds.

Mentoring and job coaching - for users, staff and our Board of Trustees.

Employer champions - to help build employer networks, and raise issues of disability and workforce diversity for instance.
