Join our first Community Connections event on 7 November

Register for the first joint Community Connections and Independent Mental Health Network event happening on Wednesday 7 November 2018 at the Leatherhead Leisure Centre from 10am until 6pm.

We’re bringing together all the partner organisations, people who use our services, commissioners, decision makers and the public as well as a range of other organisations to showcase how mental health and emotional well-being support link up in Surrey and North East Hampshire.

Throughout the day, we’ll celebrate the work and successes of Community Connections, explain the changes happening in the wider mental heath system and listen to your views and experiences so together we can improve the service going forward.

For more information, you can download the programme of the event.

Community Connections is formed of three lead providers : Catalyst – The Welcome ProjectMary Frances Trust and Richmond Fellowship who work together to deliver first-class mental health and well-being support in Surrey. It is funded by Surrey County Council and Clinical Commissioning Groups.

To book your place, please visit our Eventbrite page or contact Connie at Mary Frances Trust on 01372 375400 or at by 31st October 2018.
