Our Activities, Courses and Groups
As part of our Community Connections service, we offer wellbeing activities, groups and courses throughout the year (except bank holidays) in Mid-Surrey which includes:
- Banstead
- Elmbridge
- Epsom & Ewell
- Mole Valley
- & Online
If you live in a different part of Surrey, you can still access Community Connections through another provider.
All our activities are:
- Entirely free
- For Surrey residents aged 16+ only
- For adults in need of mental health and emotional wellbeing support (no diagnosis needed).
- Without waiting lists
- Without time limits (you can use us for as long as you need and register again at any point).
- Available on top of any other mental health service you might be accessing or while you wait to receive further support.

Women’s Peer Support
Weekly on a Tuesday, 10am-11.30.
Neurodiversity Social Support
Weekly on a Monday, from 7pm-8.30pm. View our poster.

Every first Thursday in the month, from 7pm-8.30pm.
Hybrid sessions: both face-to-face in Leatherhead and online, next in February.
Carers Peer Support Group
On the first Tuesday of every month at 7.30pm-8.30pm. Next on 6 January.
SEN Parent Peer Support
Weekly on Mondays (term-time only) from 10am-11am online.
This group will move back to face-to-face in Leatherhead once we secure a new venue.

How can I take part in any of the above activities?
- To take part in any activity, you need to register with us first as a client. Please complete our online registration form. We will follow up within two working days and set up an initial appointment ASAP so we can get to know you and help you to put a wellbeing plan in place.
- Once you’re fully registered, you can book yourself onto any activity, face-to-face or online, by contacting our office at info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk or calling 01372 375400 or texting 07929 024722 (SMS service only).
How can I take part in any of the above activities?
- If taking part in an online activity, you’ll need an internet connection, a smart phone or tablet (iPad or Android) or a laptop or desktop. Then download a free App called Zoom from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Visit our Instructions page if you’re unsure how to do so. You will receive a link and password from our Admin team by email to click on at the time the group is due to start – it’s that easy!
- Remember that our online activities are always a closed group. For confidentiality and security reasons, please do not share the link and password with anyone. If you know someone who would like to join, ask them to book their place with us or they will be denied access on the day.
- Before you take part in our online activity, please read our Participations Guidelines to ensure you keep yourself and others safe online and everyone gets the best experience. You can choose if you want to be seen or if you just want to speak.
