In line with the Government’s advice, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend our usual face-to-face activities, courses and groups until it is considered safe to provide them again.
In the meantime, we’ve put together a programme of online groups and activities to continue to support your mental health and emotional wellbeing. Do check our calendar regularly as we’ll keep adding new courses every week.
