Volunteers play an important part within our organisation, helping us to provide our services whilst bringing their own experience, skills and qualities.
We work with schools, colleges and universities to deliver free mental health awareness sessions - parents are welcome too. We also offer free emotional wellbeing support to anyone aged 16+ who is registered with a Surrey GP. If you are taking part in the First Give social responsibility programme, we can help you too.
If you're looking for a different kind of support, there are other mental health organisations in Surrey or self-help tools that are available to you.
