How you can support us

Make a one-off donation

We rely on and always appreciate help from members of the public. If you’d like to help us support more Surrey residents with their mental wellbeing, you can make a donation to us. Your donation will allow us to give an individual a way forward.

This is what your money could deliver:

  • £3 could help put leaflets about our services in local community hotspots, helping someone to take the first step towards getting the help they need.
  • £10 could help fund an initial meeting with a qualified member of staff, where they can get support in creating an action plan to restore and maintain their mental wellbeing.
  • £25 could help fund a session worker for a peer support group, so they can meet like-minded people with whom they can share their experience and journey.
  • £50 could help run a skill-building workshop on anxiety management, coping with worry and low mood, and many more, providing someone with the skills they need to look after their own wellbeing.

Fundraise for us

Big or small, the money you raise helps provide the support needed to give someone struggling with their mental health and emotional wellbeing hope for a brighter future. Click here to find out more about fundraising for us.

Fundraising Committee

The group will meet every month to review and drive our fundraising efforts. There will also be the opportunity to help deliver some great events, like quiz nights and board game nights. We might even organise a little competition between areas!
