Our Co-Production Champions

Our Co-Production Champion programme provides staff and Trustees with dedicated time and space to explore co-production and how they could implement it in their work.

Working closely with our Delivery and Strategy Lead for Co-Production and Community Engagement, Champions support and influence the strategic ambition to “live and breathe co-production” at MFT. They serve as a link between their team and help our Co-Production Lead bring perspectives from across the organisation together.

Interested staff and Trustees put themselves forward to volunteer for this additional
commitment alongside their role.
