Our Co-Production Ethos
Co-Production has been at the heart of our ethos from the very beginning, with our founders, Mary and Frances, establishing the Trust as a Clubhouse-inspired model where members and staff worked side by side. It has since evolved into a core part of our strategic approach to delivering our charitable objectives.
What is Co-Production?
There are many ways to describe co-production but ultimately it can be described as way of working that involves those impacted by a decision throughout the process, from start to end.
At Mary Frances Trust, we make choices together. We believe there is no single ‘perfect’ definition of co-production. We work with shared power, equity, lived experience, and respect.
