How We HelpVolunteering
  • Volunteering

Volunteers play an important part within our organisation, helping us to provide a wide range of services and fulfil our mission, whilst bringing their own experience, skills and personal qualities to support our work.

  • Why volunteer?

Volunteering not only helps us, but it can also help you. Volunteering is proven to be beneficial for mental wellbeing as volunteers can expect to gain:
    • Increased confidence and structure
    • New skills and experience which may help with finding work.
    • More social contact
    • The satisfaction of feeling part of a team providing worthwhile services

We offer a diverse and flexible range of volunteering roles. We also provide appropriate training and ongoing support for all volunteers, including an induction programme, annual training events, volunteer team meetings and regular supervision.

If you think this might be for you, do get in touch as we’re always recruiting volunteers.
