    Our Wellbeing Advice and Information service is run by Lenny, who has actively been supporting people with mental health needs for more than 10 years in this role.

    She offers free and confidential advice and support on a range of issues such as:

    • benefits
    • housing
    • how to access the services that you need

    By working with you one-to-one and discussing what your individual needs are, Lenny will give you access to the information you need to make an informed decision, and support you to take steps to resolve your situation and move forward with confidence.

  • How we support you

    By accessing our Advice and Information service, you can expect to receive:
    • Telephone call, video call, email or face-to-face information and support appointments
    • Support in dealing with other organisations and agencies relevant to your care, day-to-day living and wellbeing
    • Information and resources
    • Referral to other agencies where required (for instance, specialist Mental Health Act Advocacy or specialist services) or relevant community services
    • Continuous support until a satisfactory outcome is achieved (or we will signpost to a more specialist organisation).

    Appointments are offered at any of our venues. They normally last an hour. Special arrangements can be made in exceptional circumstances. Please note that face-to-face Information and Support appointments aren’t currently available under COVID-19 restrictions but we can still support you by telephone, video call or emails so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
