  • HowToSleep is a UK-based website that promotes healthy sleep and provides tips on how to manage one’s sleep problems such as insomnia.
  • Learning Disability and Autism Hub

  • The Surrey County Council learning disability and autism hub provides a range of information for people with a learning disability, autistic people, carers, and professionals in a variety of formats including easy read and video.   • LGBTQ+ Support Groups

  • LGBTQ+ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer, plus anyone questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity. We have a monthly LGBTQ+ mental health peer support group we run with Pride in Surrey but there are many more available in Surrey and nationwide.
