You can refer yourself or you can be referred by a professional, a carer or a family member. You do not need to have been diagnosed with a mental health condition to receive our support. If you’re going through some difficult time and would like some help to improve your mental and emotional wellbeing, we’re here to help!
We don’t have any waiting lists and there is no time limit to use the service – you can use us for as long as you need and register again at any point!
We offer a friendly, safe and confidential environment that will help you to gain and build confidence, whether it’s on a social level, personal level or through help with new skills or voluntary work.
Once registered with us, you will have an initial appointment with your Area Co-Ordinator who will discuss your needs and aspirations, explain how we can help, and what courses and activities might help you to achieve your personal goals. At this point, you will be able to book yourself onto our courses, groups and activities.
Our staff are available during these hours:
Monday and Tuesday, 9am – 4pm
Wednesday and Thursday, 9am – 5pm
Friday, 9am – 4pm
