How to stay safe in face-to-face groups and appointments with us
  • How to stay safe in face-to-face groups and appointments with us

We know many people are keen to see one another again but we need to ensure that we keep everyone as safe as we can. These guidelines are here to help us to do that.

    What To Do Before

    One-to-one appointments

You should always book and only attend a one-to-one meeting if you have an appointment.

For face-to-face activities, groups and courses

Please book your place in advance if you are planning to attend a group, course or activity in person, even if the activity is a drop-in. Numbers will be limited according to room size, so we need to know who is coming.

Please feel free to make a request to us, if you would feel more comfortable and safe if our staff wear a mask when meeting face to face.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND ANY FACE-TO-FACE ACTIVITY OR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS OR SUSPECT YOU MAY HAVE COVID-19 OR ANY VARIANT.

IF YOU HAVE ANY COLD OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS – PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND.

    What To Do On Arrival

    Please sanitise your hands.

Please sign the register at the door.

What To Do During The Activity/Appointment

If you prefer to wear a clean mask, this is no longer a requirement but, we recognise that some people may feel safer doing so.

Please respect personal space and maintain a safe distance apart to minimise any risks.

Antiseptic wipes and sprays will be used regularly, so tables and seating areas are kept clean.

    Hand sanitisers will be provided.

You can request a disposable cup for refreshments if you prefer.

Please wash your hands after using the toilet.

Windows will be kept open to allow free air flow. We advise you to bring extra layers to keep warm.

If you see anything that needs to be addressed, please let staff know.

If you have COVID symptoms, you can cancel your activity or appointment by contacting our office at info@maryfrancestrust.org.uk, on 01372 375 400 or text 07929 024722 (SMS service only).
