If you’re alone but wouldn’t mind some company or festive cheer around Christmas time, we’ve listed all the Christmas community events happening this year in the areas we cover. Please note that a lot of the
traditional Christmas lunches have had to be cancelled this year due to COVID restrictions and some have very limited availability so they are not included on this list.
ELMBRIDGE

Sunday 26 December – Boxing Day walk – To Hampton Court to watch
skating and have a coffee!
11am to -1pm. Please arrive at 10.45 for celebratory nibbles

Friday 31 December – New Year’s Eve walk. Thames Path to Molesey Lock –

Free parking, toilets and café. Slow, flat walk led by Keith
Film Night at St Mary Oatlands, Weybridge
Tuesday 14 December at 7pm – 9.30 pm
Meet in the Church Hall from 6.30pm for light supper and drinks.
Film at 7pm followed by herbal tea and discussion of the film.
An evening of film, food and fellowship.
Free of charge but donations welcome.
MOLE VALLEY
Christmas Day at the Dorking Christian Centre
10am Church service – all welcome
From 11am – arrivals and welcome drinks
12.30pm Festive Christmas Lunch
3pm Queen’s Speech followed by tea, cake and conversation
3.45pm goodie bags
Suggested donation: £5 per head
Come alone, with friends or a neighbour or the whole family. All welcome.
