We’re proud to announce that after a few successful planning sessions, our first MFT Radio Show will be broadcast on Monday 7 December at 9pm on Surrey Hills Community Radio. The show, called “The Wellbeing Hour”, will be presented by Litsa Yiatros (who runs some of our Mindfulness and Meditation sessions) and will feature MFT clients and staff as well as guests.
It will bring you an hour of music and discussions around mental health and emotional wellbeing, from the perspective of people with lived experience. You’ll hear about the free support available near you, wellbeing topics that matter to you, self-care tips, creative chats as well as personal wellbeing journeys that will inspire you.
For our 7 December edition, you’ll also be treated to a few festive songs and a discussion around self-care at Christmas, so make sure not to miss it!
How to listen to the show
The show is pre-recorded and will be broadcast on Surrey Hills Community Radio which is an internet radio. You can listen live while it’s being aired from your smartphone or tablet, laptop or even car radio – read further instructions on the Surrey Hills Community Radio website.
Alternatively, if you can’t listen live, we’ll share the Listen Again link after the show so you can catch up.
