Time to Talk Day will take place on Thursday 1 February 2024. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk about mental health, listen to each other and change lives.
To mark the occasion, throughout next week, we will share some blogs and tips on social media so make sure to follow up on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn so you can join the conversation too!
As part of our End Stigma Surrey campaign, we’re also holding some informal pop up events on Thursday 1 February to get people to open up about their mental health. Please do come and have a natter!

We know the more conversations we have, the better life is for everyone. Talking about mental health isn’t always easy, but a conversation has the power to change lives.
We want to hear from people with experience of mental health problems (either direct or indirect e.g. as a carer, family member, friend), about any stigma or discrimination they may have faced, or may face.

This online survey takes about 10-15 minutes, (or longer if you have more to say). All responses are strictly confidential and will only be shared amongst the direct project team for statistical analysis.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
Exciting news to come… this year sees End Stigma Surrey launch our FREE new e-learning for those who want to learn more about identifying and tackling stigma. We all have mental health and by talking about it we can support ourselves and others #endstigmasurrey
