Stress is everywhere, and it is directly linked to our mental health. One in six adults in Britain will experience depression, anxiety or problems relating to stress at any one time.
By tackling stress, we can go a long way to tackle mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression, and improve your work/life balance.
Our four-week Stress Management Course starting on Thursday 23 April 2020 will help you to understand the signs and causes of stress and some useful practical techniques to help you deal with stress.
