Good Company (Surrey) is a charity that aims to end poverty in the local community by providing food, support and advocacy. Over the last ten years, they have seen an ever-increasing number of people turning to them for help because they cannot afford life’s essentials.
They are calling on local residents, service providers and businesses to sign up to an End Poverty Pledge. The aim is to build a movement of people and organisations committed to doing what we can locally to reduce poverty and improve the lives of those who are experiencing financial hardship.
Mary Frances Trust signed up to the pledge. This means that, as an organisation, we commit to do what we can to work towards a poverty-free future in Surrey.
