During Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW), we celebrated kindness in many ways both by a wonderful video made by staff, family, friends and people who access the service at Mary Frances Trust, and also in our bi-weekly meditation group on a Wednesday and a Friday, from 1.45pm until 2.15pm.
For those of you who might have missed out, or for those of you who attended and would like to experience them again, we’re sharing below both the scripts and the recordings of both meditations. Please note both sessions were re-recorded afterwards, they are not the recordings of the actual groups. Enjoy!
