We’re pleased to formally invite you all to our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on Tuesday 29 October, 4pm-6pm at Bookham Barn Hall, 55 Church Road, Great Bookham, KT23 3PQ.
The AGM will be followed by taster wellbeing activities and a light buffet so we can meet and talk to each other in a relaxed way.
We would like to encourage you to come along and also sign up to become a Member of MFT so you can vote and have a say about the future of our charity. Attending the AGM is a great opportunity to find out about how we run the charity, learn about some aspects of our work and meet our staff, CEO, Trustees and Patron!
To find out more about the roles and responsibilities of being a Member, please read our AGM page and download our Membership Rules.
If you are not able to attend the AGM in person, you can still register as a Member of MFT and vote by proxy (postal vote) – more information about proxy voting is available on our AGM page.
You can register as a Member or to attend our AGM by filling in our AGM Online Registration Form or by contacting us at communications@maryfrancestrust.org.uk or on 01372 375400 or 07929 024722 (SMS service) by Tuesday 22 October. Please do let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
