Our Services Opening Hours During The 2025 Festive Break

During the holiday season, some of our services will remain open but opening hours may vary from usual:

• Safe Haven: open every evening, 6pm-11pm for mental health crisis
• Community Connections: reduced schedule from 22 Dec until 5 Jan (see above), closed on bank holidays
• Financial & Wellbeing Support Service, Epsom: Open, except bank holidays
• Service User Network (SUN): Open, except bank holidays
• GPimhs: appointments available except bank holidays
• Recovery & Connect: check-ins offered based on staff availability

 => All services will continue to accept referrals during the festive period but response times may be slower than usual.

Please note the following services will be closed from 22 December until 4 January:

• Wellbeing Advice & Information
• Social Prescribing, Banstead
• Nature Nurtures– no activities running

Remember that, if you are feeling like you cannot cope, some emergency mental health services and helplines remain open during the festive period.
