Last year for World Bipolar Day on 30 March, we invited one of our yoga teachers, Anna from HappyHeadYoga, to talk openly about being bipolar. She made a very brave and honest “coming out” video blog for Mary Frances Trust, helping us to raise awareness of the condition.
This year, while she is overcoming some new personal challenges, she lets us know how she is getting on and what lessons she has learnt on her journey to manage her condition in a new, wonderfully raw and powerful video blog (see below).
To mark World Bipolar Day 2022, Anna is also running a 4-week Yoga for Bipolar Course starting 5 April 2022, 3pm-4pm on Zoom. Download the poster.
